We will close out August featuring a new chef and a gluten free menu.... Jodie Dugan, Chef & Owner of Effervescent Catering Co. specializes in allergen free dishes as well as gluten and dairy free versions of the classics.

Jodie loves to include her own home-grown edible flowers in her dishes, elevating the presentation into elegance. Note: The menu is all free of gluten & cow's milk
