Suggested Wine Pairing: L'Alpage Chasselas 2020 $21.95

Chasselas is the second most widely planted variety in Switzerland. L’Alpage is the quintessential white wine to slake one’s thirst after a day of skiing or mountaineering, the perfect wine to have with raclette or cave-aged Gruyère, the very calling cards of Switzerland. Dry and mineral-driven, this traditional Swiss white is full of Caramelized citrus, lemon blossom, crushed rocks, and white flower notes dominate the bouquet, and it hits the palate with medium body, flawless balance, building richness, and a great finish.
