
Join Chef Claudia in teeing up her trip to Rome this Spring and enjoy all that Italian cuisine has to offer. In this class, you will learn how to prepare a very simple dinner the Italian way. Ingredients are primo (important).
Roman food is considered Mediterranean, and thereby, the use of fresh tomatoes, citrus, and fresh herbs play an important role. But like most European ways of eating, timing and courses are part of the joyful experience. In as much as possible within our time allowance, we will attempt to honor the sequence of service. Roma in Primavera- Ciao Amore!
