Introducing the bakery we were privileged to select for my daughter's wedding, Sweet & Tarte. Owner, Baker Kaitlyn Todd will lead class attendees through a demonstration of a Yule Log cake being made, baked, and then rolled.

You will each receive your own cooled cake roll, cake filling, and the necessary decorating ingredients and utensils to take home your own Yule Log Cake for enjoyment during the holiday season. Learn to make chocolate ganache for decorating, and the basic chocolate tempering technique for the decorative “bark.”

Protein rich appetizers will be provided by La Cuisine.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Lini 910 Lambrusco rosso $20.95

Red sparkling wine? Lambrusco is perfect for the holidays! The deepest color of purple you could imagine, this wine is loaded with aromas of blackberry pie, spiced plums, violet candy and bay leaf. Supertasty and requiring some restraint, the palate is like biting into the juiciest plum you can conjure yet is balanced with notes of dried leaves, wild herbs and roasted coffee, making this joyous and very drinkable wine more complex that you might think.
