Fan Favorite Chef Daniel Cox has agreed to a second seating of this highly sought class with a freshly made pasta menu. (Please do not sign up for this class if you are already attending Carbonara & Chianti on March 21st)

To start the evening you'll enjoy a simple but stunning Prosciutto, Basil & Burrata appetizer while you work with Chef Daniel to make our spaghetti from scratch. The spaghetti will be the base of our main entree, a Carbonara.

Carbonara is one of the most famous and representative dishes of the Italian culinary tradition. The ingredients themselves are simple, yet care should be taken to achieve the carbonara’s signature silky sauce. A high acidity wine like Chianti will pair perfectly with a savory, creamy entree like Carbonara.

Wine Paring: 2019 Fattoria Rodano Chianti Classico $22.95 - Juicy red fruit flavors, violets, wild herbs and a hint of tobacco.
