Bozeman's Thai Basil is joining the La Cuisine Team to share some Thai dinner shortcuts and introduce their very own, signature line of sauces, Forking Thai Sauce. Learn about Thai culture, cuisine and make your weeknight dinner hour easy with fresh ingredients.
We'll start class off with an appetizer of Marinated Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, then follow with three entrees: Pad Thai with Shrimp & Peanuts, Drunken Noodle Beef and Stir Fry Cashew Chicken. For dessert, you'll learn just how easy it is to make Mango Sticky Rice (GF, V, Veg).
If you have dietary restrictions and would prefer to swap your protein for Tofu in the main entrees, we will be able to accommodate that in this class.
Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and cook alongside the chefs from Thai Basil.
Suggested Wine Pairing: Nick Weis Urban Riesling Mosel, Germany $14.95 - A fresh and elegant riesling with a fruity character. Superb milerality, off-dry and crisp. Great with hot and spicy seasonings.
*To purchase the wine pairing, please stop by The Wine Gallery. Let them know you are purchasing these wines for a LaCuisine class and receive special pricing. The Wine Gallery is open until 6:00PM, so either pick up earlier in the week or stop by on your way to class -- they are literally across the street.
**Please note our class policies at https://lacuisine-bozeman.com/pages/class-policies. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations. Our chefs have worked very hard to prepare for the evening's event and ingredients are purchased in advance. If you call to let us know about a conflict, La Cuisine may be able to help find a replacement for your seat(s) using our waitlist. If the seat can be filled, we may be able to credit your class for another date. Alternatively, we recommend you coordinate for someone else to take your seat(s).
