Bozeman's Thai Basil is joining the La Cuisine Team to share some Thai dinner shortcuts and introduce their very own, signature line of sauces, Forking Thai Sauce. Learn about Thai culture, cuisine and make your weeknight dinner hour easy with fresh ingredients and a little bit of sauce.

We'll start class off with an appetizer of Pork or Tofu Fried Spring Rolls, followed by entrees of Sweet and Sour Shrimp, Pineapple Fried Chicken and Spicy Basil Beef. For dessert, you will enjoy the ease of Bua Loy.

*Tofu will be available as a protein option for the entrees.

Be prepared to roll up your sleeves and cook alongside the chefs from Thai Basil.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Szigeti NV Brut Grüner Veltliner $24.95 Citrus peel and golden plum, a totally individual but refreshing Austrian fizz.
