Chef Stephanie spent twenty-three years as the right hand to chef Bobby Flay helping him create his culinary empire in New York City. She moved to Bozeman in 2021 where she currently is involved in many different aspects of the local culinary scene. Stephanie is also the co-author of "Lemongrass and Lime", a favorite cookbook of ours that you can pick up at the store after class.

With our extremely short summer in Bozeman Montana, the last place you want to be is in the kitchen in front of a hot oven baking desserts for your next backyard BBQ! No need to with these amazingly delicious and easy no bake desserts. Don’t give up on homemade dessert just because it is too hot to turn on the oven!
