Protein rich appetizers will be served.

Suggested Wine Pairings:

Juve & Camps Reserva Cava Brut $21.95
Lemons, sourdough bread and ripe apricots. Medium body on the palate, showing good intensity of flavors with fine, frothy bubbles and a medium-long, yeasty finish. Nicely dry for a Brut. From organically grown grapes.
M. Bonnamy Cremant de Loire Rose Brut $19.95
This is 100% Cabernet Franc grown on limestone soils, made to sparkle in the traditional (i.e. Champagne) style. Bright & fresh, there are whispers of citrus and stone fruit beneath all that mineral zip and red berry flavors. We think this is consistently one of the best values in sparkling wine.

*To purchase the wine pairing, please stop by The Wine Gallery. Let them know you are purchasing these wines for a LaCuisine class and receive special pricing.
