Instructor, Tesella Hicks is the owner of Living Bread LC, a micro-bakery located in West Bozeman. She specializes in sourdough breads and other sweet treats. She enjoys the creative process of baking sourdough and is happy to share her knowledge and recipes with others. In this class you will receive your own sourdough starter as well as a recipe for Living Bread's Country Sourdough Loaf, which has been adapted to our mountain climate.

Protein rich appetizers will be served.
