Join us for a specialty dinner with Chef Allison Fasano from Brigade and The Okay Cool Group. Food Network Alum Chef Allison recently moved to Bozeman from New York City and we are so excited to have her join the lineup at La Cuisine.

According to Lu Cucina Italiana, "Chef Allison is known for creating regional Italian dishes with a twist. "Food and laughter are what I'm after" is her motto when it comes to cooking, which explains how her passion and dynamic personality landed her a role in some of the most exciting culinary scenes in NYC. She was Bobby Flay's sous chef at Gato and worked in Michelin star restaurants like Lidia and Joe Bastianich's Del Posto." Allison's specialty for the Italian delicacy of truffles is rooted in her culinary studies abroad. We hope you will join us for this very special menu on February 9th.
