Le Chatelaine Chocolatiers Wlady & Shannon join the La Cuisine team for a French chocolate making class.
You can expect complimentary protein rich appetizers in addition to an introduction to chocolate, and a lesson on tempering. Hands on practice will net you some take away chocolates. Next, you will learn how to make 3 ganaches: Pink Champagne, Classic, and Jasmine Tea or Lavender. Everyone will assist in rolling and finishing the truffles and guests will take home a box of truffles.
