Yeast is not a requirement for baking bread. Chef Stephanie will teach you how to make the perfect zucchini bread, biscuit sweet rolls, soda bread, and scones. Make your breads sweet or savory, add whipped or flavored butters, and enhance your meal with the perfect baked touch.

Stephanie Banyas spent twenty-three years as the right hand to chef Bobby Flay helping him create his culinary empire in New York City. She moved to Bozeman in 2021 where she currently is involved in many different aspects of the culinary world, including teaching at Gallatin Culinary College at MSU, product development for Genuine Ice Cream and overseeing all recipe development and pastry preparation at Rockford Coffee on Main Street.

Suggested Wine Pairing: Caracciolo Private Property Chardonnay 2018 $22.95

There's a ton of complexity on the nose of this tremendously well-priced Chardonnay from the Caraccioli family. Aromas of yuzu, dried apple, mango, white flowers and a hint of macadamia nut lead into a palate that's tense with preserved lemon peel and a very linear, alkaline-like focus.
