Steak 101 with Chef Daniel Cox from the OK Cool Group (that's Copper Whiskey, Brigade, Happy Box, Main Street Market and more...). Chef Daniel will lead us on a journey to dive into everything you need to know when shopping, preparing and cooking a great piece of meat, but without spending a fortune. He recently moved to the OK Cool Group after two years as the Executive Chef at Sage Lodge in Paradise Valley and brings great experience to this topic following his stead on "Beat Bobby Flay" and the episode, "Steak Me Home Tonight."

The evenings menu will include: Argentinian steak salad with marinated skirt steak, Manchego cheese and grilled lime chimichurri, Beef tartare with garlic, warm spices and rye crackers, a Steak Flight, with an array of flavored and infused butters, sauces, and tallow and Flathead cherry ice cream.
