The recipe for these gluten-free cookies can easily be doubled or tripled depending on how much almond flour you have on hand; they're delicious solo or served with masala chai.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
1½ tbsp ghee, warmed to liquid consistency
1/8 tsp salt
¾ tsp ground cardamom
Directions
In a large bowl, stir together almond flour, salt, and cardamom.
Add the ghee and maple syrup, mixing together to form a dough.
Roll out dough in between two pieces of parchment paper.
Cut out small rounds using either a tall glass or a cookie cutter.
Transfer to a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 325°F for 8-10 minutes.
