The citrus zest is what makes the orange flavor come through; you can try half lemon and half orange for lemon-orange honey butter.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
4 tbsp milk
4 tbsp honey
2 tbsp orange zest
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Increase to high speed and beat for 2-4 minutes until fluffy.
