How do the spices stick to the nuts? Egg whites! Feel free to switch up the nut mix to a combination you prefer, as long as it's 20 ounces in total.

1 20 oz bag mixed nuts
2 egg whites
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp pepper
¾ tsp crushed red pepper
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and set aside.
Mix all of the spices, garlic and onion powder, sugar, salt, and parsley for the jerk spice in a small bowl.
Separately, froth the egg whites in a large bowl. Add the spices and the nuts, turn to coat.
Arrange nuts on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 20-22 minutes, stirring once. Let cool and serve.
