Ingredients
2 cups almonds (dry & shelled)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 medium sprigs of rosemary de-stemmed
Salt and Pepper to your liking

Directions
Warm up olive oil on a skillet over medium heat.
Toss the almonds in the pan until fully coated in oil.
Sprinkle with Rosemary, Salt and Pepper.
Toast over medium heat 10 minutes or until almonds start to brown.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
