Warm Olives

Directions

1. Combine all olives in a bowl.

2. Peel the rind of the orange and add the orange juice into the bowl. Finely chop a sprig of thyme and marjoram.

3. Add 2 or 3 whole springs into the olives. Drizzle with olive oil until heavily dressed.

4. Place the mixture in a sauce pan and on a low heat, gently warm the olives for 5-10 minutes with a lid on. Serve warm!
