We didn't think of olives as a cold-weather food; that is, until we tried this recipe. Warm, fragrant, and lightly spiced, they're almost addictive.

Super easy, super quick, super delicious - make these to enjoy solo or for when company is coming.

1 cup unpitted Kalamata olives
1 cup of unpitted Castelvetrano olives
½-¾ cup good-quality olive oil
Combine all olives in a bowl.
Peel the rind of the orange and add the orange juice into the bowl. Finely chop a sprig of thyme and marjoram.
Add 2 or 3 whole springs into the olives. Drizzle with olive oil until heavily dressed.
