Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stack pita breads and slice into eighths. Spread out on your lined baking sheet.

3. In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil, sugar and cinnamon together.

4. Using a brush or your fingers, brush oil mixture onto both sides of each chip.

5. Bake 10 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant. Serve warm, or let cool and serve.
