Wynwood Brazilian Salad

• 1 can hearts of palm, cut into ½ inch chunks

• 2 large oranges, peeled, sliced, and pith removed

• ¼ red onion, sliced thin and soaked in salty water for at least 30 minutes

• 2 heads of Bibb lettuce

For the Vinaigrette

• ½ cup olive oil

• 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

• Zest from 1 lemon

• Juice from ½ lemon

• Zest and juice from ½ orange

• 1 tbsp maple syrup
