Tahini Sauce

Directions

1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix all the ingredients using a whisk until it becomes lighter in color and smoother.

2. Taste and add more salt or lemon as needed.

3. Store in a mason jar in the fridge and use for salads, topping grains, and veggies, fish, meat, lamb, or chicken.
