Pick-Up, Shipping & Returns

PICK UP OR DELIVERY
If you are located in the Bozeman area, we encourage in-store pickup. Upon reciept of your order, we will contact you to arrange prompt pick up or delivery.

SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped between 24-48 hours using UPS Ground. 2 Day, 3 Day or Next Day Air will be subject to carrier surcharges.

$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping for orders up to $150
FREE SHIPPING for orders $150+

Standard (3-4 day) and Express (1-2 day) shipping rates start at $35 and up depending on the order total.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable food, custom products and special orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous and flammable products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can stop by the store or contact us at tina@lacuisine-bozeman.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
