Starter: Prosciutto wrapped brie on puff pastry with a dollop of huckleberry 

Salad: Layered root vegetables and goat cheese on a bed of Rocket Arugula and Mixed Spring Greens with a creamy balsamic dressing

Entree: Irish Shepard's Pie with Bison

Dessert: Cinnamon Bun Swirl Cheesecake
