
Together with Lauren Schoenborn from Beautifully Born Events & Backcountry Dining, you will learn the ins and outs of high-end hosting and entertaining, not only for the upcoming holiday season but also for years to come!
Chef Scott Myers will prepare a 5-course meal for you to enjoy while receiving tips and tricks of the event planning trade.
Tonight's (Tentative) Menu:
- Baby leek, golden potato, crispy garlic
- Local baby greens, shoots and flowers, champagne and chive blossom, burnt little tomatoes, petite radish
- Lobster vol au vent - poached lobster knuckle, osetra, roasted pearl onion, wild porcini, white truffle
- Pan roasted Tangen Draw filet mignon, savory lard potatoes, roots, basil and saskatoon berry
- Wild huckleberry, ginger, vanilla cultured goat cream, pickled rhubarb, elderflower and raspberry syrup
This is the first time La Cuisine is hosting a class of this nature. You won't want to miss it!
