Keep the chilling base in the freezer for a few hours before placing it under the glass and starting to pour. The dome in the glass should be higher than the liquid.  Wait a few minutes for the whisky to gradually cool to between 5 and 8 degrees celcius. Reach for the glass and observe the colour. Bring the glass slowly up to your nose. Close your eyes. Discover the aromas that are being revealed (the shape of the glass has been designed especially to develop these aromas).
