

Capture the best of the season in a jar! Join Tess Hicks of Three Hearts Farm—our beloved instructor behind the popular sourdough class series—for a hands-on introduction to small-batch preserving. If you’ve learned from Tess before, you already know you’ll leave with the skills and confidence to take on this rewarding hobby. In this class, participants will make a vibrant summer fruit jam (peach or berry) and a bright, tangy pickle relish—perfect for topping burgers or gifting to friends.
Tess will also cover the basics of water bath canning, a simple and safe method for preserving at home. Each guest will take home two jars of homemade goodness and the inspiration to keep canning all summer long. Protein rich appetizers will be provided.
