🥑 Sprouted Adzuki Bean Dip on Herbed Flatbread – Creamy sprouted adzuki beans blended with olive oil, hemp seeds, cilantro, green and red onion, garlic, Michi’s SW Seasoning, and lime juice, served on fragrant chickpea flatbread.

🥗 Radicchio, Endive & Greens with Citrus Vinaigrette – A refreshing mix of radicchio, endive, mixed greens, grape tomatoes, pistachios, and fresh mint, dressed in a zesty citrus vinaigrette.

🍗 Stuffed Chicken Breast with Roasted Cauliflower & Seasonal Veggies – Tender chicken breast filled with Minnesota wild rice, apricots, and mushrooms, accompanied by roasted vegetables tossed in a bright lemon caper vinaigrette.
