  • Barbecued Chicken Thigh with quick pickles, plum sauce & bannock
  • Potato Leek Soup - yukon potatoes, charred leeks, creme fraiche
  • Pork Loin with butternut squash, plum, bitter greens, potato, lardo, whole grain mustard emulsion
  • Pot De Creme with cocoa sable, peppermint anglaise, cherry  jam
