Position: Retail Merchandiser

- Visual creativity to define the story and purpose of each display maximizing use of color and function of the products
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
Job Duties: The optimum candidate will be able to deliver unparalleled customer service, in addition to, and more specifically:
- Be a self-starter who is willing to think creatively and have a growth mindset
- A background in retail merchandising or interior design with thoughtful attention to creating beauty with products
- Regularly changing displays, manage well organized and fully stocked merchandise on the floor and in storage
- May assist with the in-process arriving inventory, out process online orders for pickup and shipping
- Demonstrate a passion for creating a beautiful and welcoming home, cooking, and building community through the store product displays
- Building positive relationships with customers and staff
Required Qualifications: A thoughtful and creative individual who is highly detail orientated, self-motivated with attentiveness to deadlines, and a thoughtful problem solver is required. The applicant should have experience in either retail or interior design.
