Position: Retail Merchandiser

Key Professional Traits: 

  1. High energy, driven to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner 
  2. Detail orientated
  3. Visual creativity to define the story and purpose of each display maximizing use of color and function of the products
  4. Strong written & verbal communication skills

Job Duties: The optimum candidate will be able to deliver unparalleled customer service, in addition to, and more specifically:

  • Be a self-starter who is willing to think creatively and have a growth mindset
  • A background in retail merchandising or interior design with thoughtful attention to creating beauty with products
  • Regularly changing displays, manage well organized and fully stocked merchandise on the floor and in storage
  • May assist with the in-process arriving inventory, out process online orders for pickup and shipping
  • Demonstrate a passion for creating a beautiful and welcoming home, cooking, and building community through the store product displays
  • Building positive relationships with customers and staff

Required Qualifications: A thoughtful and creative individual who is highly detail orientated, self-motivated with attentiveness to deadlines, and a thoughtful problem solver is required. The applicant should have experience in either retail or interior design.
