If you are located in the Bozeman area, we encourage in-store pickup. Remember, La Cuisine is open 10:00AM-5:30PM Tuesday thru Saturday.
SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Tuesday - Saturday) using UPS Ground. 2 Day, 3 Day or Next Day Air will be subject to carrier surcharges.
If you require USPS to a PO Box, please contact us with your order number within 4 hours of order processing.
Economy shipping fees vary depending on your order...
- Orders up to $20 = $10
- Orders up to $50 = $15
- Orders up to $100 = $25
- Orders up to $250 = $35
- Orders $250 and larger receive FREE flat rate shipping, but will incur any surcharges for cast iron products (up to $15 per cast iron item).
- We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
Standard (3-4 day) and Express (1-2 day) shipping rates start at $35 and up depending on the order total.
RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/clearance items or gift cards. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable food, custom products and special orders. We also do not accept returns for hazardous and flammable products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can stop by the store or contact us at tina@lacuisine-bozeman.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
