Ingredients

1/2 C. Water

1/2 C. Sugar

1/2 C. Fresh Mint, chopped

2 C. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice

1 C. Pomegranate Juice

1 Bottle Corvina Monte Tondo Rosato Frizzante

Sliced Grapefruit for garnish

Directions
Heat the water, sugar and mint over medium-high heat in a saucepan, stirring gently. Bring to a boil and reduces to a simmer for about 10 minute. Let cool
- Combine the cooled mint syrup, the grapefruit and pomegranate juices, and the Moscato in a pitcher. Stir to combine.
Add grapefruit slices and pomegranate arils to garnish.
