Learn how to make Caesar dressing, and how to use it in a whole new way. 

Skillet Caesar Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper

  • ¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • ¾ cup mayo

  • 2 tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 large clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    1. Grate your parmesan cheese. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Give everything a good stir (or whisk it) until the dressing is smooth. Taste and adjust as needed.

    2. Serve immediately or chill first. Dressing will keep in the fridge, covered, for a few days.

    1. Preheat your oven to 450° F.

    2. Place the Brussels sprout halves in a cast iron skillet. Transfer to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the sprouts are slightly charred and crispy.
    3. Drizzle the Caesar dressing on top of the sprouts and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
