Learn how to make Caesar dressing, and how to use it in a whole new way.
2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp avocado oil
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly-ground black pepper
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
¾ cup mayo
2 tbsp sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 large clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Grate your parmesan cheese. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. Give everything a good stir (or whisk it) until the dressing is smooth. Taste and adjust as needed.
Preheat your oven to 450° F.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing on top of the sprouts and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
