Tonight, we will embark on a culinary journey unlike any other as Backcountry Dining Chef Scott Myers teams up with Morgan Keenan and Cudaway Knives, crafted right here in Bozeman. Together, we invite you to indulge in an unforgettable experience that celebrates the finest ingredients sourced directly from the heart of the Gallatin Valley. If you've never been to a class led by Chef Scott, here's your chance! He's an artist, a flavor expert and a chef true to the origins of food found right here in your own backyard.

In this unique cooking class, Chef Scott Myers will share his expertise, guiding you through the art of transforming locally-sourced produce, meats, and foraged treasures into exquisite dishes that tantalize the taste buds and ignite the senses. From farm-fresh vegetables to succulent cuts of meat, each ingredient tells a story of our rich connections with the farmers, foragers, and ranchers of the Gallatin Valley. 

First: Spring Garlic, Rice Koji, crispy chips, Shad Roe bottarga 
Second: Black Cod escabeche, spring herbs, wild cress, nettle, mustard seed
Third: Goose fat Confit of Duck, asparagus, slab bacon, gribiche 
Fourth: Rhubarb, basil, elderflower, spruce tip, wild ginger root 

From Cudaway Knives Founder and Owner, Morgan, you'll learn the importance of precision and craftsmanship in the kitchen. Discover the art of knife skills as you effortlessly slice, dice, and chop your way to culinary mastery, using tools designed and crafted right here in Bozeman.
